Rotary Club of Bellingham Governance

The Rotary Club of Bellingham is governed by:

·         Rotary Club of Bellingham Constitution

The Constitution follows the standard format established by Rotary International, and cannot be changed by our Club without jeopardizing our RI relationship.

·         The Rotary Club of Bellingham Bylaws

The Bylaws were written by and for the Club by its Members.  The Bylaws can only be changed with the approval of the two-thirds of the membership.

·         Rotary Club of Bellingham Policy Manual

Also written by and for the Club by its Members, policies are established by the Club Board of Directors, including procedures and temporal issues, such as meeting times, specific amounts of dues, etc.
