 es and their people excel. He lived in Italy for 9 years\, is a former pro
 fessional basketball player\, and the managing partner of Diventa Solution
 s LLC. Diventa means “to become” in Italian and Garry helps companies 
 become more inclusive and more cohesive to improve corporate cultures. He 
 is passionate about building effective organizational teams and supporting
  them during change initiatives. Garry enjoys travelling\, scuba diving\, 
 camping\, hiking\, golf\, working out\, movies\, gardening\, cooking & fee
