A Message from President Doug Cole
Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders and problem-solvers. Rotarians provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill and peace through our fellowship of business, professional and community leaders.
Since 1917, the Rotary Club of Bellingham has played an active role in the community. As a service organization, it has contributed in a myriad of ways to the improvements of the place we call home. Recent major projects include Boulevard Park, the Depot Market, rebuilding the Food
Bank, the Soccer Fields and the Fairhaven Village Green. It supports student scholarships and numerous Service Fund grants to local non- profits. Members participate in numerous hands-on work parties.

Though the major theme of Rotary is “Service Above Self,” it is also a great way to meet new friends, socially and for business. Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our community, and in ourselves.
