Inclusion in the workplace creates a sense of belonging among co-workers which can lead to greater productivity, more innovation, and better decision-making.

About the speaker
Garry Priam is an international speaker, Italian author, and organizational development consultant helping large, medium, and small businesses and their people excel.
He lived in Italy for 9 years, is a former professional basketball player, and the managing partner of Diventa Solutions LLC.
Diventa means “to become” in Italian and Garry helps companies become more inclusive and more cohesive to improve corporate cultures. He is passionate about building effective organizational teams and supporting them during change initiatives.
Garry enjoys travelling, scuba diving, camping, hiking, golf, working out, movies, gardening, cooking & feeding people.
Garry shares success stories from his consulting experiences and uses analogies from his professional playing days on how to win and become more resilient in the corporate world as squads do on the court

That Rotarian will reach out to you via phone or email before the meeting and address your lunch needs, so please provide both forms of communication on the registration form.
