Heather Flarity - Chuckanut Health Fdn.

Heather is a community builder, nonprofit leader, and advocate who believes in the power of compassion and opportunity to transform lives. For the past seven years, she has served as Executive Director of the Chuckanut Health Foundation, where she has led the organization through significant growth—expanding annual fundraising from $100,000 to more than $1.7 million, growing the team from two to ten, and launching initiatives that bring people together to address some of Whatcom County’s most pressing challenges. Under Heather’s leadership, CHF has become a catalyst for community-driven change.
