Michael Hogan - Port of Bellingham

Michael Hogan is the Public Affairs Administrator at the Port of Bellingham and long-time member of Bellingham’s downtown waterfront redevelopment team.  He studied chemistry and political science at the University of Utah before earning a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. Since joining the Port in 2004, he has worked on economic development initiatives, environmental cleanup, habitat restoration, and improving public access to the water. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, traveling, and boating in the Salish Sea.
