THE NEW MEMBER BREAKFAST CLUB

The New Member Breakfast Club has been formed to support the Rotary
Information and Orientation committee. It will provide a venue and forum for the further education of newly inducted Rotarians.

Each new member of the Bellingham Rotary Club inducted after January 1, 2003 is required to attend at least five of the twelve meetings following his induction. These meetings are considered as makeup meetings and are bankable. They can be used to make up any regular meetings.

The New Member Breakfast Club will meet at 7a.m. on the last Monday of each month at the Harborside Bistro and Lounge. The Harborside is located in the Bellwether Hotel, 1 Bellwether Way. The meeting will last no more than 45 minutes. Each meeting will consist of an informal dialogue about some specific function of the Bellingham Rotary Club, Rotary International, or some community related activity. The discussions normally will include a short presentation by a committee chairmen or other person that is intimately involved with the subject matter. At these meetings, attendees may also ask questions about or comment on any activity of the club. Questions or comments that cannot be adequately addressed at the meeting will be forwarded anonymously to the Directors. A prompt response will be reported back to the New Member Breakfast Club Chairperson and if of generalinterest will be reported in the Tattler.

. Order and pay for your breakfast at the counter when you enter.
. Since the meeting is forty-five minutes long including food ordering
and cooking time, we'll be talking while we eat. Of course, you're welcome
to stay after the meeting.
. Please sign-in on the attendance sheet so you'll get credit.
